1. General Return & Refund Conditions

For a product to be eligible for a return and potential refund, it must meet the following criteria:

  • Undamaged Condition: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. This includes, but is not limited to, no physical damage, scratches, dents, or signs of wear and tear.
  • No Stains or Marks: The product must be free from any stains, marks, dirt, or foreign substances.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) that came with the purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from intimacystudios.com is required for all returns.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 4-5 days of the delivery date. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • The products will be delivered within 4-5 days

2. Products Ineligible for Return or Refund

Due to the nature of certain items, particularly those designed for internal or intimate use, these products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy is in place to protect the health and well-being of all our customers.

Additionally, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products with stain or damaged from anywhere.
  • Products marked as “Sale,” “clearance,” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Products that have been customized or personalized specifically for single user.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at info@intimacystudios.com within the specified return window.
  2. Provide Details: In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the product to demonstrate its condition (especially if you believe it arrived damaged or defective).
  3. Await Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back the product. Do not send products back without an RMA number, as they will not be processed.
     
  4. Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all original contents. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the Item: You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
     
     

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt of your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

 
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
     
  • Rejected Refunds: Refunds may be rejected if the product does not meet the conditions outlined in Section 1 (General Return & Refund Conditions) or if it falls under the ineligible product categories in Section 2.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival and meet our return eligibility criteria. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@intimacystudios.com with details and photos. If approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process. Exchange products will be delivered in 7 working days


6. Damaged or Defective Products Upon Arrival

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you, provided the damage is not due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
